Custom Products
All products are custom-made to order. We print the exact artwork you submit. By submitting your artwork, you confirm you own the rights or have permission to use it. You retain ownership of your original artwork.
AI-Generated Content
Images generated via our AI feature are created using Google Gemini. You may use AI-generated images on your products. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content but cannot guarantee its uniqueness.
Ordering & Payment
Orders are processed upon payment confirmation. Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or inability to fulfill. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Shipping
Production typically takes 7-10 business days. Shipping times vary by destination. We ship worldwide. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Defects
Because each product is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, we offer a 14-day defect reprint guarantee. Contact support within 14 days of delivery with photos of the defect.
